Landlordwiz.com was founded by two real estate experts, Jeremy Piper a real estate attorney and Ryan Bessert a professional property manager. Jeremy is a landlord attorney and graduate of Wayne State University Law School and Albion College. Jeremy represents Landlords and files thousands of non-payment of rent and termination cases every year. Ryan is a graduate of the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. He currently holds the CCIM designation, recognizing him as an expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. He presently is the Vice-President of a firm that manages over 4,000 multi-family and senior apartments.
